Defamation: Case filed against Newsmax and One America

Domain Voting Systems on Tuesday sued two moderate media organizations, One America News Network and Newsmax Media, saying they defamed the US voting machine company by spreading bogus cases that it manipulated the 2020 election against then-US President Donald Trump.

Domain additionally documented a claim making comparable allegations against businessman Patrick Byrne, the previous chief executive of online retailer Overstock.com.

The claims are the most recent legitimate activities taken by Denver-based Dominion against Trump partners who intensified bogus hypotheses about the firm.
