The early Saturday impact could be felt for a significant distance around and started a fire that inevitably caused so much harm, a few shops were annihilated.
Among the casualties were three James Madison University understudies who endured minor wounds.
The threesome had been remaining external the store when the blast happened, part of an Army ROTC running gathering which had been associated with a 10-mile race, the end goal of which was only yards from the blast site.
