US District Judge Carl Nichols gave a transitory order in government court in Washington, DC, slowing down President Trump’s transition to close down the Chinese-possessed application over cases that it might bargain public security.
The choice permits organizations like Google and Apple to keep offering downloads of TikTok on their application stores — something that would have been restricted starting at 12 PM.
