Computerized street sign in N.Y. town changed to read ‘TRUMP 2020’

A computerized street sign in a town close to Poughkeepsie was modified to show favorable to Trump and hostile to Cuomo messages rather than street conclusion alerts.

An inhabitant of Beacon, N.Y. recognized the sign, which flickered “TRUMP 2020” and “CUOMO KILLED NY,” in Fishkill early Wednesday.

“Couldn’t accept the obvious reality today on Washington (Ave.),” Erin Mayne Kleinke posted on Facebook, close by the photographs.

The Hudson Valley Post detailed the presentation was a private development sign — and it’s been fixed.

“It’s in the town of Fishkill. It’s a private development sign telling inhabitants of a future street shutting down. An obscure individual changed the content and since has been revised,” Town of Fiskill Supervisor Ozzy Albra told the site Wednesday.

It wasn’t clear who exchanged up the message.
