New York City opened two massive COVID-19 vaccination hubs to prepare for next potential onslaught

New York City opened two monstrous COVID-19 vaccination center points Sunday to plan for an expected assault from the following qualified gathering — including teachers, cops and transit workers — Monday.

“Today, we saw around 30 patients. Tomorrow, we pull out all the stops with day in and day out and begin expanding the quantity of patients,” the authority said.

“We don’t have an end date. … we will likely be here until we are finished vaccinating the individuals of New York.”

Civic chairman Bill de Blasio visited the second recently opened focus, the Bathgate Industrial Park in Morrisiana in The Bronx, on Sunday evening.

On Monday, school representatives including teachers, people on call, for example, police and firemen and public-transit workers are permitted to start getting vaccinated.

They join workers, for example, specialists, medical attendants, COVID-testing and vaccination staff members and nursing-home representatives and occupants who had just gotten the green light.

Gov.
