The governor tweeted that Moderna vaccines would be distributed on December 21

New York is getting an additional increase in COVID-19 antibodies, with 346,000 dosages of Moderna’s shot made a beeline for the Empire State before Christmas, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Friday.

The lead representative tweeted that the Moderna immunizations are relied upon to be conveyed the seven day stretch of Dec. 21.

Moderna approached the Food and Drug Administration for crisis use approval before the end of last month.

The additional cluster is on top of the 170,000 Pfizer dosages scheduled to show up very quickly following the FDA’s approval of crisis utilize declared by Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar.

Cuomo said the Pfizer immunization will be conveyed “as right on time as Sunday or Monday.”
